The house has a private tennis court.
Just 15 km away you can enjoy La Roca Golf Club in La Roca del Valles. An 18-hole golf course (pair 71) with 3 training holes and driving ranges, all in more than 6,000 square meters of course.
Around the house there are trails for mountain biking and hiking.
Within the grounds of the house is the Equestrian Barranco Equestrian Club. They offer both beginner and advanced riding lessons.

With a segway you move through nature in a different and original way, you can enjoy a totally ecological walk and it is available to everyone. Excursions can be made through the Montnegre-El Corredor Natural Park: routes along dirt roads with different gradients, of different duration and difficulty.
Family walks on donkey rides, birthday parties, hiking, children's routes, sleeping among donkeys, proposals for companies, schools, homes and much more.
Maresme Coast 10 Km. Mataró stretches its beaches for more than 5 km. of fine and golden sand where to enjoy the wonderful climate of the Mediterranean. In addition, along the beaches you can enjoy a long walk or bike ride along the promenade.
Approximately 18 km. You can shop at La Roca Village Outlet, a small town shopping and clothing store complex.
Just 30 km away, in Montmeló, is the Circuit de Catalunya. Opened in 1991, the Circuit de Catalunya hosts, among others, the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix, the Catalan MotoGP Motorcycle Grand Prix and the Spanish GT Championship.
